2. Product & Price Statement

1. We try our best to ensure the accuracy of microphone pictures, parameters and functional descriptions. Minor color differences caused by display screens shall not be recognized as product quality problems.
2. All prices displayed on the website are reference wholesale prices. The final unit price will be confirmed by our sales team based on order quantity, OEM customization requirements and international trade terms (FOB/CIF).

3. Order & Payment Rules

1. After quotation confirmation, buyers need to pay the agreed deposit to lock production schedule.
2. Acceptable payment methods include international bank transfer and trusted cross-border payment tools; anonymous payments are not supported.
3. If buyers delay payment for more than 10 working days after quotation confirmation, we have the right to cancel reserved orders.

4. Shipping & Customs Liability

1. The delivery cycle marked on quotations is for reference only. We take no responsibility for delays caused by international logistics, customs inspection or force majeure.
2. Buyers are responsible for import duties, local taxes and customs clearance procedures of destination countries.

5. Liability Limitation

KKYOFITS shall not compensate for indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption and market losses caused by delayed delivery or product use, except direct quality compensation stipulated in Return & Refund Policy.

6. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for order delay or non-delivery caused by uncontrollable factors: natural disasters, port closure, factory shutdown, international trade policy changes and epidemic restrictions.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
