This policy applies to all retail, wholesale and OEM microphone orders purchased via https://kkyofits.com, including all-in-one integrated microphones and separate split microphone systems.

1. Return Eligibility
   1.1 Factory Defective Products
   If you receive microphones with factory defects such as sound distortion, signal interruption, damaged internal components or missing matching accessories, you can apply for return within 30 calendar days after receiving goods. Clear photos or videos of defective products are required for review.
   1.2 Non-Defective Unused Products
   Unopened, unused microphones with complete original packaging support return application within 15 days after delivery. Buyers need to bear all round-trip shipping fees and a 15% restocking processing fee.
   Custom OEM orders printed with exclusive customer logos do not support non-defective return requests.
2. Complete Refund Process
   Send return application to info@kkyofits.com with your order number and product defect proof.
   Our customer service team will review your request within 3 working days and provide the official return address.
   Send the goods back according to our instructions and keep the shipping tracking number.
   After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 7 working days.
3. Non-Refund & Non-Return Scope
   Microphones damaged by human collision, water immersion, improper operation or unauthorized disassembly.
   Custom OEM products with personalized logos and adjusted audio parameters.
   Separately sold consumable accessories: windshields, charging cables, shock mounts etc.
   Clearance discounted products marked non-refundable on product page.
4. Shipping Cost Rules
   Returns caused by factory quality defects: we cover return freight and resend qualified new products free of charge.
   Voluntary non-defective returns initiated by buyers: all shipping costs shall be borne by buyers.
